For me in my life at the moment I am really into self-development. Self development can have different meanings for everyone. It can also be presented in many ways. It can be someone sharing a story, it can be self development tips, it can be simply be being more mindful about our thoughts and actions. I have compiled a list below of my top self development podcasts and the best thing is they are all created by women.
Learning these days is different from what it was 20years ago. Today we no longer need to go and find answers in a book at the library or head to a fancy college (although school is important). We have so many other learning resources at our fingertips. One of my favorite ways to learn is listening to podcasts. There are thousands of podcasts out there ranging from so many topics like men’s health, women’s health, pregnancy, motherhood, the list goes on.

How to Fail is a podcast hosted by Elizabeth Day. Every week she has guests share their failure stories. Through the exploration of their failures, they take away what they have learned from the experience. I love that this podcast shares these types of stories. I believe you can’t succeed until you have failed and that is ok to fail. If you don’t fail how can you grow. These types of self development podcasts are great to listen to when you are in a failure situation. Trust me they will help your mindset.
