The fact that the end of 2022 is upon is crazy to me. This year has flown by! It is that time of the year where we are all getting busy for Thanksgiving and Christmas parties and buying presents. While some people may get super excited about this time of year (over here!) I am well aware that the end of year and Christmas can be over whelming and stressful for some people.
If you are one of those people who find the end of the year uncomfortable just remember you are not alone. Find a safe place. A place that is yours to get away from the chaos that Christmas can bring. I would also suggest trying to find one thing about this time of the year you do enjoy. Try and change your mindset. I am not saying you need to turn into Christmas loving crazy (over here party of one) but turning your energy into enjoyment and happiness is a baby step to releasing stressful feelings.
Here at The Hayley Daily we have been in full on revamp mode which is why we have be quiet on our platforms. We have some awesome content coming your way in 2023. I have been doing A LOT of reading lately . I recently wrapped up reading Make It Happen by Jordanna Levin. It is about the practise of manifestation. Really interesting read and some great principles included. Would definitely recommend. The next book I am reading (just started only 1 chapter in) is a book by Ashlee Vance on Elon Musk. It’s a mixed between her view on him with interview from Musk himself and people in his life.

I’m going to admit that I have not been watching much as of late but I did find time to binge the while first season of Buying Beverley Hills on Netflix. IF you are a fan of shows like Selling Sunset and Selling Tampa then you will love this. Of course I always have in my schedule every Thursday to watch The Kardashians and every Friday night to watch the recent release of Grey’s Anatomy.
Podcasts have become my go to when walking. At the moment I am listening to Girls Next Level. It’s a podcast by Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt former girlfriends of Hugh Hefner. Their show is about the thoughts and feeling rewatching their old TV Show Girls Next Door.
